How can I use inflight internet?
Registering for Gogo is fast and easy. Once you create an account you can easily purchase a session on your next Gogo-equipped flight.
Look for the Wi-Fi symbol inside and outside of the aircraft when boarding to confirm your flight offers Wi-Fi service. Once the aircraft reaches 10,000 feet and the captain gives the okay to turn on portable electronic devices just sign up and log in.
Laptop Requirements
The minimum requirements to access Gogo are a laptop with 802.11 a/b/g wireless capability (Wi-Fi) and a Gogo-supported web browser.
Supported laptop browsers include:
- Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 6, 7 and 8 (Windows® XP or Vista™)
- Mozilla® Firefox®
- Safari™ on Mac OS® X
Handheld Devices
Gogo works with smart phones and other Wi-Fi equipped handheld devices offered by all major U.S. providers. Platforms supported include: BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Apple, and Nokia (Symbian S60). Voice service is not supported.
