AirTran Airways Announces New Service Between Charleston, WV
and Orlando
ORLANDO, Fla. (April 14, 2009) – AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI), today announced that it will begin service between Yeager Airport in Charleston, W.Va., which is a new destination for the carrier, and Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Fla.

"Our expansion to Charleston opens a gateway for residents in the heart of the Appalachia to get to Orlando, home of America’s favorite vacation destination."

With the addition of Charleston, W.Va., AirTran Airways will provide service to 63 destinations nationwide, including 36 nonstop cities from Orlando.
The following nonstop flights between Charleston and Orlando will be available beginning June 25, 2009.

*All fares are one-way. Introductory sale fare is non-refundable, and a $75 fee per person applies to any change made after purchase plus any applicable increase in airfare. Introductory sale fares must be purchased by April 30, 2009 and travel must be completed by July 30, 2009. A first bag may be checked for a fee of up to $15 per person and a second bag may be checked for a fee of up to $25 per person. Reservations may be obtained or changed through an AirTran Airways Telephone Reservations Center for an additional $15.00 per person. Fares, routes, and schedules are subject to change without notice. Fares do not include per-segment tax of $3.60. A segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing.
