AirTran Airways is committed to ensuring our customers and their bags travel on the same flight. If you are unable to locate a checked bag upon arrival, you should notify an AirTran Airways baggage service representative prior to leaving the airport. Claims for delayed baggage must be submitted within 4 hours of arrival of the flight on which the delay is alleged to have occurred.

In the event of additional questions regarding your baggage claim, please contact our System Baggage Service office Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00am to 5:00pm
