Managing Your Account

I have received my A+ Rewards card and my information is incorrect. How do I fix it?

To update your member profile, log in to your account and use the left navigation to go to My Profile. On the Account Profile page you may choose which information to update. If you would like to print a new card you may visit the Request Card page.

Please note that after October 15, 2014, you will not be able to make updates to your account. If you need to change your name on your ticket from October 15 - November 1, please call 1-800-AIR-TRAN (1-800-247-8726) between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. ET.
