I’ve lost my A+ Rewards card. How can I request a replacement?
In order to request a replacement card, log in to your account and click on My Profile in the left navigation bar. Underneath My Profile, you can then select Request Card. From this page, you can request your new card as well as print a temporary A+ Rewards card that you can use until your permanent card arrives. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks from the date of your request to receive your new card.
