Frontier Airlines and A+ Rewards
I am an Elite member in the AirTran Airways A+ Rewards program. What benefits do I receive when flying Frontier?
Upon presenting your A+ Rewards Elite status card at check in, you will receive:
- Priority check-in and boarding
- Preferred seat assignments
- Free DIRECTV service on all Airbus flights
- Priority lines at most airport security checkpoints
- Designated Customer Service toll-free number
- Two complimentary checked bags*
- Complimentary inflight cocktails
- Free confirmed seat on alternate flight for the same day of departure (subject to availability)
- Change fees waived*
*These fees may be assessed at the time of internet booking / check-in / or over the phone, as A+ Elite status can only be verified in person. If you are an A+ Elite member and have been charged one of these fees, please show your A+ Elite member card along with a government issued photo ID at a Frontier ticket counter and request a refund. Please note that refunds may take 4-6 weeks to process.
