Reservations - General Information

How long will my credit from a previous booking be available to use for a new ticket purchase?

When you change or cancel a non-refundable reservation, any balance from your reservation will be placed in a credit file for future use, valid for a period of one (1) year from the original date of booking. Business class tickets (A and J fare classes only; not including promotional fares) are fully refundable.
