How do I change the name on my A+ Rewards account?
If your name has changed, fax us a copy of your driver’s license, marriage certificate or other government-issued document reflecting the change, and we will update your account within 48 hours. Please fax all documents to the attention of A+ Rewards Help Desk at 678-254-6452.
