How do I change my member account profile?

Log in to your account, and within the My Account section, use the side navigation to go to My Profile page. From there you can make any necessary updates to your account profile.

To change the email address and/or password with which you signed up for your member account, click on the "Change Log In" button. To change your email address or set a new password, you will be required to enter your current password to verify your identity.

To update your contact information, including your name, billing address and phone numbers, look at the Contact Information section of the Profile page. At the bottom of this section is a button to "Update Info." Follow this link and enter any needed changes. Enter your password to verify your identity, and then submit the form.

Any time you make changes to your account profile, the system will send you an email verifying your updates.
