Do my A+ credits expire?

Yes, your A+ Credits expire 12 months after the date that they are posted to your account. Credits that are about to expire within 45 days will be noted as such in your account. Your A+ Credits that haven’t expired as of November 1, 2014 will be converted to Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® Points after the end of the A+ Rewards Program and will expire according to the terms and conditions of the Rapid Rewards Program. Rapid Rewards Points don’t expire as long as you have flight or Partner earning activity with Southwest Airlines every 24 months. All Rapid Rewards rules and regulations apply.
