Can I use a credit from a previously purchased ticket or unused flight?
Only credits that are tied to your A+ Rewards online member account ID are available for use online. If you have a credit available in your account, it will be displayed as a payment option on the Payment screen when you book your next reservation. If your credit is tied to a confirmation number instead, you will need to call AirTran Airways directly to use it. Please call us at 1-800-AIR-TRAN (1-800-247-8726).
